Company Introduction & History

Welcome to the website of T H Clements & Son Ltd.

We are a family-owned vegetable company founded in Lincolnshire in the late 1940s by Harry Clements. From those early beginnings as a 16-acre smallholding, the business has been developed by Harry’s son Alan and grandson Chris into an industry-leading farming and packing operation.

T H Clements started supplying retailers with brassica produce in 1982. A year later we developed the marketing structure of the company to ensure the retail requirements of our customers could be fully met.

Although the fertile silt soils of south Lincolnshire remain our heartland, we have also developed our production capabilities in other counties. In total, T H Clements markets over 3,000 hectares of fresh produce from dedicated growers in Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Cornwall. Long-term relationships with programmed suppliers in Spain also provide quality broccoli and cabbage production for a year-round continuity of supply.
