Farming & Wildlife Advisory Group

T H Clements takes its responsibilities to the local environment very seriously. Where possible it is our policy to actively promote conservation and wildlife enhancement – both on our own farm and throughout our supply base. We have, and will continue to develop, areas around our farm which are conducive to encouraging wildlife. We aim to do this without impacting negatively on our farming practices or on the surrounding farming community.

In 2005 we became members of LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming). This voluntary scheme encourages a holistic approach to farming and fully embraces integrated farm management principals. We will continue to promote environmental responsibility amongst our staff, as well as throughout our supplier base and within the local community.

We are committed to enabling the absolute sustainability of farming from both an economic and environmental perspective. Our membership with FWAG (the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group) keeps us involved in environmental projects and reinforces our commitment to improving biodiversity on our farms.
