We are fully committed to social accountability and as such, strive to comply with all aspects of the Ethical Trading Initiative. We invite independent third party auditors to carry out ethical audits for our business on an annual basis, the results of which are available to interested parties.

Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA)
All temporary labour employed by T H Clements is sourced solely from approved licensed labour providers. We also work closely with our growers to help them comply with GLA requirements for legal labour sourcing.
