Growing areas

Lincolnshire & Norfolk

In addition to growing vegetables on our own farm in Lincolnshire, we also market a range of fresh produce from our dedicated growers throughout Lincolnshire and the neighbouring county of Norfolk. All of our UK growers are accredited by Tesco NURTURE and are full members of the Assured Produce scheme. Producing cauliflowers, broccoli, cabbages and Brussels sprouts, Lincolnshire and Norfolk boast some of the most fertile soils in the UK and form the heartland of our production.

Cornwall

Taking advantage of the microclimate the south-west has to offer, we produce cauliflowers from November until April and spring cabbages from December through to April. We farm between Truro and Land’s End; our packhouse and distribution facilities are BRC Grade A accredited and have full quality-management systems to ensure our high quality standards are maintained. Both these sites are BRC Grade A accredited and have full quality- management systems in place.

Spain

Product continuity is maintained throughout the year by our established overseas supply base in Spain. These suppliers are also Tesco NURTURE accredited and hold GlobalGAP certification. Broccoli is sourced from the Murcia region for seven months of the year and green and savoy cabbage are sourced for two months from the south-west of Spain.
