Packing

Vegetables are packed straight after processing to optimise quality and freshness. Our packhouse is equipped with multi-purpose packing lines that can shrink, flow and over wrap as well as form fill all products to customer specifications. We are also able to offer a choice of product and pack formats aligned with individual retailer requirements.

Cold Storage

Our in-house cold storage facilities are among the finest in the industry. We have continually invested in order to develop 11 separate cold stores and rapid chilling capabilities. Together, our cold stores offer a combined capacity of around 150,000 trays and provide the flexibility to accommodate current and future customer needs.

Our latest cold store has the ability to remove the core field temperature of our products in less than 120 minutes which will improve the life of our products to maintain the quality & freshness for longer.

Despatch

We control an advanced distribution network from our Head Office. Our team of professional transport specialists uses state-of-the-art logistics systems, 8 refrigerated loading bays and a fleet of modern, temperature controlled vehicles to ensure vegetables are efficiently despatched so they can be delivered to customers in perfect condition.
