PSB, Spring Greens and Chilli stir fry

Ingredients:

 

1 tbsp veg oil

1 garlic clove - puree 10g ginger - puree

125g Spring Greens - washed / sliced & stalks removed.

60g Purple Sprouting Broccoli - trimmed

50g Baby corn - sliced in half lenghways

50g mangetout - whole

½ tbsp oyster sauce

½ tbsp miso

1 tbsp water

Fresh Red chilli - sliced into rings

 

 

Method:

 

  1. Heat large frying pan or wok with 1 tbsp veg oil and stir fry spring greens with garlic & ginger until wilted
  2. Add PSB and cook for a few minutes and then add mangetout and baby corn.
  3. Cook until veg is tender.
  4. Add miso / oyster sauce & water and cook for a a few mins until veg is tender.
  5. Serve with red chilli rings
