Festive Slaw

Our vibrant Festive Slaw is the ideal side to accompany the traditional cold cuts, leftovers and cheeses enjoyed by many on Boxing Day.
This dish can be made in advance and enjoyed over the festivities.
Ingredients -
•½ small red cabbage sliced finely
•6 grated multi coloured carrots (normal orange carrots are fine as a replacement)
•1 sweet onion sliced finely
•3 heaped tablespoons Mayonnaise
•2 heaped tablespoons Good quality Greek yoghurt
•1 tablespoon Dried cranberries
•1 tablespoon Toasted pumpkin seeds
•2 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds
•1 dessert spoon chopped Sage
•1 dessert spoon chopped Flatleaf parsley
•2 dessert spoons good Horseradish sauce
