Here at TH Clements we harvest Purple Sprouting Broccoli from June to April in Lincolnshire and April to June from our Spanish suppliers.

We grow over 5 varieties of PSB.

We currently grow approx

650 acres

6 varieties

Burgundy from Summer through late Autumn & then 5 different varieties for March / April.

Lincs season

March to early May and then late May to late November.

Spanish season

Late November to end of May

More about our Purple Sprouting Broccoli

Purple Sprouting Broccoli (PSB) is the colourful and vibrant cousin to Broccoli. It is leafier and deeper in colour than Calabrese and can be cooked in the same way as Broccoli or Asparagus. Try it dipped like 'soldiers' in soft boiled eggs or stir fried.
