Spring Greens

Here at TH Clements, Lincolnshire Spring Greens are available from June to Christmas and the April to May. Cornish Spring Green fill in the Lincolnshire gap from January to March.
We grow 6 different varieties of Spring Greens over 350 acres in Lincolnshire and 200 acres in Cornwall.

More about our Spring Greens

Spring Greens date back to Prehistoric times and were introduced into the UK by the Romans or Celts in the 4th Century
Spring greens are like a Cos Lettuce in shape but have looser leaves and without much of a 'heart'
They provide high amounts of Vitamin C to support your immune system and Vitamin K to build bone strength
Despite the name, we grow Spring Greens all year round in Lincolnshire and in Cornwall in the Winter.
Spring Greens are extremely versatile from Stir-Fries to simple side dishes.
