Ghoulish colour-changing ice cubes

Adding acidity to the Red Cabbage Water magically turns from blue to pink in the drink
•Slice ¼ of a red cabbage
•Pour over boiling water to just cover
•Allow to steep for 5 minutes then drain off and reserve the liquid. It should be a lovely deep blue colour.
•Allow to cool and transfer ice cube tray and freeze.
•This works with any drink that is slightly acidic. In the picture, I have demonstrated it with a fresh lemonade but works really well with a margarita or mojito if you fancy something a little stronger on Halloween
